I have been working in health and fitness and behavioural change since 2010.
Holistic Personal Training
With 15 years experience training clients with a focus on strength training for beginners and novices, many of whom haven’t trained before.
This includes workout plans, assessments, training session and nutrition and lifestyle protocols
Behavioural Change
As a change manager and Motivational Interviewing (MI) expert, I help people make the changes they are struggling with using a process driven model. Training and nutrition is only as good as what can work for the client
Structure & Support
As part of our ‘no fail’ promise, we’re there every step. As long as you complete the check-ins accurately, you’ll succeed.
If you don’t succeed despite this adherence, we’ll work with you online until you do, or you get your money back.
