About Me

I have been working in health and fitness and behavioural change since 2010.

My focus was on helping athletes as a strength and conditioning and sports coach, transitioning to applying these methods to a general population, where I had to evolve my methods to include behavioural change.

I have now applied this to the corporate wellbeing sector, working with large organisations on their change management and wellbeing initiatives.

With 15 years experience training clients with a focus on strength training for beginners and novices, many of whom haven’t trained before.

This includes workout plans, assessments, training session and nutrition and lifestyle protocols

As a change manager and Motivational Interviewing (MI) expert, I help people make the changes they are struggling with using a process driven model. Training and nutrition is only as good as what can work for the client
