I started training clients in 2010, initially as a boxing and jump rope coach, running classes and workshops and training fighters in London.
I’ve been running the longest-running weekly jump rope class in Europe with over 600 classes being run and over 30 workshops in London and around the globe.
I transitioned to coaching ‘non-athletes’ around 2016, qualifying as a personal trainer and upgrading my skills by becoming a CHEK Integrated Movement Specialist, focusing on holistic health.
Emphasizing behavioural change in 2018, I specialised in helping clients and organisations deliver meaningful and impactful change to their fitness and lifestyle.
Using Motivation Interviewing and communication principles as a qualified Change Manager, I have consolidated my experience into a comprehensive package that helped you make a change and stick to it
